A creative conversation with Taiwan-based musician/producer, Fergus Chow.

Guest:
Touring musician and producer Fergus Chow is, respectfully, very quiet about his success in the Asia music industry. The Torontonian's biggest leap or faith, which includes a one-way ticket to Hong Kong, five thousand HKD, and a curious musical ambition, turned out to be a path he never looked back on. From touring with Asia's biggest acts to becoming one third of music production house, Fu Muse, founded by Hong Kong-based R&B/Soul producer and artist, Khalil Fong (This Love, Dangerous World, Journey To The West), it is evident that Fergus won't be pumping his brakes anytime soon. Similar to any typical story of aspiring musicians, the journey to the big break is rarely a cake walk. However, he celebrates it in the same manner as he would produce behind the scenes. Find out how Fergus began his musical journey, his personal take on success and the impact of self-acceptance has on his personal growth.

Location:
New Territory, Hong Kong

About WORK IS HOW:
We believe the process is more important than the product. We believe respect is acquired by proving one's perseverance and willingness in all forms of work and work environments. No one is born ready. You need to get your hands dirty before you learn how to present yourself in a respectful manner. Dedicate yourself to the journey. Believe in the process. Walk before you talk.
