Inspired by a month-long trip in Tokyo, we stumbled into a few cafés that were way out of the way but the beans made every detour worth it. We brought some back, and now I’m already dreading the day we hit that LAST BEAN. This piece is inspired by exactly that feeling: going far, a little lost, just for a really good cup of coffee.
